Effective June 15, 2026. This policy explains how SWATS AI LLC collects, uses, and protects information.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, project details, form submissions, and messages sent to us. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location derived from IP address.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide proposals, deliver and improve services, maintain websites, analyze site performance, prevent abuse, secure our systems, and communicate with clients or prospective clients.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for basic site behavior. Optional analytics only load after consent. You can change your cookie preferences from the footer link on this website.
Forms and communications
When you submit a form or contact us, your information may be processed by service providers that help us receive, route, and respond to messages. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it.
Service providers
We may share information with vendors that support hosting, analytics, forms, email, security, operations, customer support, and related business functions. These providers are allowed to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we clearly disclose that use and provide any required choices.
Client website data
For clients, we may process website content, assets, access credentials, analytics, form submissions, and operational data as needed to build, host, maintain, secure, or update the client’s website under our service relationship.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or support active client relationships.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain information where required or permitted by law.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Chat Assistant Data
When you use the chat assistant on our site, we collect and process:
- Conversation content — the messages you send and the responses generated by the AI or written by our team.
- Contact and project details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website project information. We use these to respond to your inquiry and follow up.
- Technical data — timestamps, a randomly generated conversation identifier, and your consent acceptance time. The conversation identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage so your conversation can continue across visits; clearing your browser data removes it.
How it’s processed. Conversations are processed by service providers acting on our behalf: Anthropic (AI response generation), Supabase (secure data storage), Vercel (hosting), and Telegram (delivery of conversations to our team’s workspace so a team member can assist you). SWATS team members can read Chat conversations and may reply directly.
How we use it. To answer your questions, prepare project briefs and follow-ups you request, operate and secure the service, and improve how the Chat works. We do not sell Chat conversation data.
Retention and your choices. We keep Chat data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. You may request access to or deletion of your Chat data by emailing hello@swats.ai. The Chat is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
